POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is a St. Louis based organization in the vision industry.  This temporary Receptionist position will provide superior customer service and light administrative support to the Corporate Office / Human Resources department.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and route them accordingly
  • Provide administrative support by filing, scanning and copying documents
  • Assist with employee badges as needed
  • Arrange and handle FedEx and UPS shipments
  • Package and mail envelopes
  • Assist with special HR projects on an as needed-basis

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and be resourceful
  • Great communication skills dealing with people over the phone and in person
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
