Our client has engaged our firm to find a talented Financial Analyst to contribute to their growth and ongoing success. This is an integral part of the finance team and a true business partner with regional and plant leadership by assisting them in making important business decisions.


  • Complex and high-level financial analysis including financial modeling, ROI analysis, what-if scenarios, etc.
  • Prepare reports for board and bank presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation and/or cost reduction.
  • Profitability analysis and improvement.
  • Perform month end analysis, reporting, monthly forecasting and annual planning and budgeting.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, and work with IT department to streamline KPI’s and business information.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and capital expenditures.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and related analysis.
  • Perform business analysis and reporting including variance analysis and management reports.
  • Assume special assignments, projects, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • MBA, CPA, or other related Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive finance and data analytics experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial services industry highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to utilize Word and PowerPoint to create and edit reports and
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to travel (up to 20-25%).
