POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is an information technology firm seeking a skilled technical recruiter to assist with their current need to fill a large number of openings. Success as a full life-cycle technical recruiter is required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and screen candidates from a variety of channels.
- Work with hiring managers to understand and meet their personnel requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; collect candidate feedback.
- Extend offers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- 2+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting is a must.
- Java experience is ideal.
- Staff augmentation recruitment experience preferred.
