Our payrolling differs from our normal interim staffing service because the candidate has already been identified. Since our involvement is greatly reduced in the recruiting and interviewing process, we are able to offer our payrolling services at a much lower rate than our regular interim staffing rates.

The Benefits

The Process
- Once an employee has been identified and you have determined the employee's hourly pay rate, we will provide a quote on our bill rate which is based upon the employee's hourly pay rate.
- We will meet with the individual for onboarding. During this process, we will explain our services, ensure that the individual has all necessary paperwork in place and coordinate background checks and/or drug screens as required by your company policy. Background checks will be billed to you at our cost.
- A start date is identified by you and we confirm that the employee is in compliance with all necessary paperwork and background checks prior to the first day of employment.
- The employee will submit weekly time sheets to the designated manager who will approve and forward to us for processing.
- The employee will be paid and you will be billed on a weekly basis. You are billed only for the number of hours worked, there are no other fees.
